Processing Time

  • Orders are processed and shipped within 1–3 business days.

  • Live mealworms and feeder insects ship separately on Mondays & Tuesdays only (see Live Mealworms Shipping Policy).

Shipping Methods

  • All non-live products ship through the carriers available at checkout.

  • Customers may select their preferred service level during checkout.

Shipping Restrictions

  • No international shipping.

  • Orders ship within the continental United States only.

Tracking

  • A tracking number is provided once the order has shipped.

📦 Returns Policy — Accessories & Non-Live Products

We want you to love your purchase. If something isn’t right, we’ll make it easy to fix.

✅ Return Eligibility

  • 30 days from delivery for returns of unused items in their original, undamaged packaging.

  • Multi-packs and bundles must be returned complete (all pieces/items).

  • Items returned used/soiled, missing parts, or outside the return window may be ineligible or subject to a partial refund.

🚫 Non-Returnable Items

  • Live mealworms and all live/perishable insects (see our Live Mealworms Shipping & Arrive Alive policy).

  • Used/soiled products or items damaged due to misuse or improper repacking.

  • Clearance/Last-Chance items and gift cards.

  • Free gifts or gift-with-purchase items (if the qualifying product is not returned, the gift’s retail value may be deducted from the refund).

📧 How to Start a Return

  1. Email mealtimemealworms@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.

  2. You’ll receive a Return Authorization (RMA) with packing instructions and our return address (Riverside, CA).

  3. Ship the item back within 14 days of receiving your RMA.

🚚 Return Shipping Costs

  • Change of mind: Buyer pays return shipping. (We can provide a prepaid label and deduct the cost from your refund upon request.)

  • Our mistake or defective product: We’ll cover or reimburse reasonable return shipping.

🔄 Exchanges

If you need the same item replaced, contact us. If inventory allows, we’ll process it as an exchange after your original item is received and inspected.

💳 Refunds

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10–14 business days after your return is received and inspected.

  • Original shipping charges (including expedited/express) are non-refundable once an order has shipped.

  • Returns that arrive damaged from inadequate packing may only qualify for a partial refund.

📦 Wrong Address / Refused / Unclaimed Packages

If a shipment is returned to us, we can either:

  • Reship (buyer pays new shipping), OR

  • Refund the product price less original shipping, once the package arrives back in sellable condition.
