Our shipping department aims to get all orders out within 1-3 business days. Shipping is Mondays and Tuesdays; for local orders, Wednesdays as well. Mealworms are shipped via USPS Priority mail. Express shipping fees will not be refunded.

Suppose you have any issues with your mail carrier. Please reach out to our team to make arrangements for an alternate mail service with additional shipping fees.
We cannot guarantee the conditions of the mail system. Mealtime Mealworms LLC will not be liable for packages lost or stolen in transit. Should your order become lost in the mail, Mealtime Mealworms LLC will contact the postal office and file a claim for the package. We will always do our best to help you get to the bottom of the issue!

• Mealtime Mealworms LLC return policy on Live Mealworms – all unwanted orders must be notified before shipping to get reimbursed for your order. We cannot refund any orders that have already shipped. As these are Live Mealworms
• If you receive damaged or dead mealworms, please immediately contact Mealtime Mealworms LLC. If you decide that you do not want your order, you must notify Mealtime Mealworms LLC before shipping. Management reserves the right to deny a refund request at our discretion.

Mailing issues

• Please contact Mealtime Mealworms LLC for packages lost or damaged in the mail. If you believe your order was lost, please inform us immediately, as these packages are marked LIVE ANIMAL. If your package is indeed lost, or if your package was damaged during transit, we will make a claim with the mailing service about your order and reship the necessary items to you. Photos of damage must be provided for a claim to be made.
• If the address you entered upon checkout was incorrect, please CALL us at 346-424-7344 to see if we can change your address on file before the package goes out. Once the order has been shipped, Mealtime Mealworms LLC is not responsible for the change of address. You must contact the mailing service to see if the package can be intercepted. If any rejected mail pieces arrive back at Mealtime Mealworms LLC, we will charge you for another order and shipping fees and reship your order out to you.
