Return Policy — Mealtime Mealworms LLC

We want you to love your purchase. If something isn’t right, we’ll make it simple to fix.

Return Eligibility

  • 30 days from delivery for returns of unused items in their original, undamaged packaging.

  • Multi-packs and bundles must be returned complete (all pieces/items).

  • Items returned used/soiled, missing parts, or outside the window may be ineligible or subject to a partial refund.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Live mealworms and any live/perishable insects (see our Arrive Alive Guarantee for coverage).

  • Used/soiled products or items damaged due to misuse or improper repacking.

  • Clearance/Last-Chance items and gift cards.

  • Any free gift or gift-with-purchase (GWP) kept without returning the qualifying item may have its retail value deducted from the refund.

How to Start a Return

  1. Email mealtimemealworms@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.

  2. You’ll receive a Return Authorization (RMA) with packing instructions and the return address (Riverside, CA).

  3. Please ship the item within 14 days of receiving your RMA.

Return Shipping Costs

  • For change-of-mind returns, the buyer pays return shipping (we can provide a prepaid label and deduct the cost from your refund upon request).

  • If we made a mistake or the product is defective, we’ll cover or reimburse reasonable return shipping.

Refunds & Exchanges

  • Refunds go to the original payment method within 10–14 business days after inspection.

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable once an order has shipped.

  • Need a replacement? Contact us — if inventory allows, we’ll process an exchange after receiving your return.

Damaged or Defective on Arrival

  • Email photos of the product and all packaging within 48 hours of delivery. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund.

  • Keep all packaging until your claim is resolved (carriers may require inspection).

Wrong Address / Refused / Unclaimed Packages

If a shipment is returned to us, we can reship (buyer pays new shipping) or refund the product price less original shipping once it arrives back in sellable condition.
