Live Mealworms — Shipping Policy
We ship live mealworms Mondays and Tuesdays only to avoid weekend delays and ensure healthy arrival. All live mealworm orders are sent via USPS Priority Mail, our standard method designed to balance speed, safety, and cost.
Orders placed after Tuesday at 12:00 PM Pacific Time will ship the following week. We do not ship live mealworms later in the week to prevent extended transit or carrier holds over the weekend.
Arrive Alive Guarantee
If your mealworms do not arrive alive and in good condition, please email mealtimemealworms@gmail.com within 24 hours of delivery (based on the carrier’s delivery timestamp).
Include clear photos of:

The outer shipping box

All packing materials

The mealworms themselves
Once verified, we’ll issue a replacement or store credit at our discretion.
Important Notes

Claims made after 24 hours may not be eligible.

Packages left outside in extreme heat or cold are not covered.

We are not responsible for delays or damage caused by incorrect addresses entered at checkout.

If tracking shows “Delivered” but the package cannot be located, please check with household members and neighbors before contacting us.

If you choose to ship with any carrier other than USPS, we cannot guarantee Arrive Alive.

Even if another expedited or alternate shipping method is selected at checkout, all live mealworm orders will still be shipped via USPS Priority Mail to ensure safe arrival and maintain the Arrive Alive Guarantee.
Non-Live Products — Shipping Policy
All bran, bedding, and accessories typically ship within 1–3 business days year-round.
Shipping methods vary depending on the order size, weight, and destination, but all standard delivery options are provided at checkout. We primarily use USPS for smaller orders and may use UPS or FedEx for larger or heavier packages.
Delivery times may vary depending on carrier performance and location.
