This bran doubles as both **mealworm food and bedding**, providing a clean, natural substrate that helps your colony thrive. We choose food-grade grain to avoid pesticides and chemicals, ensuring a safe and healthy environment for your mealworms.

🚚 Shipping Policy — Bran & Bedding

At Mealtime Mealworms LLC, we want your order to arrive quickly, reliably, and in great condition. Below are our official shipping policies for bran and bedding products.

• Processing Time: Orders ship within 1–3 business days.

• Carriers & Methods: All bran and bedding products ship through the carriers available at checkout. Customers can choose their preferred service level at purchase.

• Shipping Restrictions: Currently, we only ship within the continental United States.

• Tracking: A tracking number will be emailed once your order has shipped.

• Delivery Issues: If your package is delayed, lost, or arrives damaged, contact us at mealtimemealworms@gmail.com so we can assist.

📦 Returns Policy — Bran & Bedding

We want you to be confident in the supplies you choose for your mealworms. If something isn’t right, we’ll help make it simple to fix.

✅ Return Eligibility

• Returns accepted within 30 days of delivery for unused bran/bedding in the original, unopened packaging.

• Multi-packs must be returned complete (all bags/items included).

• Opened, partially used, or late returns may be ineligible or qualify only for a partial refund.

🚫 Non-Returnable Items

• Live mealworms (see our Live Mealworms Shipping & Arrive Alive policy).

• Opened or partially used bran/bedding.

• Products damaged due to misuse, improper storage, or repacking.

• Clearance/Last-Chance items and gift cards.

• Free gifts or gift-with-purchase items (if the qualifying product is not returned, the gift’s retail value may be deducted from the refund).

📧 How to Start a Return

1. Email mealtimemealworms@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.

2. We’ll issue a Return Authorization (RMA) with packing instructions and our return address (Riverside, CA).

3. Please ship the item within 14 days of receiving your RMA.

🚚 Return Shipping Costs

• Change of mind: Buyer pays return shipping (we can provide a prepaid label and deduct the cost from your refund if requested).

• Our mistake or defective product: We’ll cover or reimburse reasonable return shipping.

🔄 Exchanges

If you need the same product replaced, contact us. If inventory allows, we’ll process an exchange once your original item is received and inspected.

💳 Refunds

• Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10–14 business days after your return is received and inspected.

• Original shipping charges (including expedited/express) are non-refundable once an order has shipped.

• Returns that arrive damaged from inadequate packing may qualify only for a partial refund.

📦 Wrong Address / Refused / Unclaimed Packages

If a shipment is returned to us, we can either:

• Reship (buyer pays new shipping), OR

• Refund the product price less original shipping once the package arrives back in sellable condition.
