Processing Time: Orders process and ship within 1–3 business days.
Shipping Methods: All non-live products ship through the carriers available at checkout.
Shipping Restrictions: We currently ship within the continental U.S. only.
Tracking: A tracking number will be provided once your order ships.

📦 Returns Policy — Accessories & Supplies

We want you to love your purchase. If something isn’t right, we’ll make it easy to fix.

✅ Return Eligibility

  • 30 days from delivery for returns of unused items in original, undamaged packaging.

  • Multi-packs and bundles must be returned complete.

  • Items returned used, missing parts, or outside the 30-day window may be ineligible or partially refunded.

🚫 Non-Returnable Items

  • Live mealworms (see Live Mealworms Shipping & Arrive Alive policy).

  • Used/soiled products or items damaged by misuse or improper repacking.

  • Clearance/Last-Chance items and gift cards.

  • Free gifts or gift-with-purchase items (if the qualifying product is not returned, the gift’s value may be deducted from the refund).

📧 How to Start a Return

Email mealtimemealworms@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.
You’ll receive a Return Authorization (RMA) with packing instructions and our return address (Riverside, CA).
Ship the item back within 14 days of receiving your RMA.

🚚 Return Shipping Costs

  • Change of mind: Buyer pays return shipping (we can provide a prepaid label and deduct the cost from your refund upon request).

  • Our mistake or defective product: We’ll cover or reimburse reasonable return shipping.

🔄 Exchanges

Need a replacement of the same item? Contact us—if inventory allows, we’ll process it as an exchange once your original item is received and inspected.

💳 Refunds

  • Refunds go to the original payment method within 10–14 business days after the return is received and inspected.

  • Original shipping charges (including expedited/express) are non-refundable once an order has shipped.

  • Returns that arrive damaged from inadequate packing may qualify for a partial refund.

📦 Wrong Address / Refused / Unclaimed Packages

If a shipment is returned to us, we can:

  • Reship (buyer pays new shipping), or

  • Refund the product price less original shipping after the package arrives back in sellable condition.
